So you've finished college and are ready to show the creative world what you're made of? Looking for an agency to put your roots down in and start winning awards? Then this may be the break you're looking for... and much much more.

This summer, we're launching BD Big Break: a grad programme with a difference. Not only will our winning grads get a job here at BD, we'll also give them three months worth of rent money to help them get established in a flat near the 'Ditch.

So how does it work? Simple: First you'll need to impress by sending us your best piece of work along with its original brief. We'll then select six conceptual teams - or individuals - to join us for a few summer sessions. Running each Monday night from 7-9pm during the month of August, each of these sessions will introduce you to a different discipline within BD: mobile, digital, experiential and activation. You'll get a brief to complete every week, and at the end of August we'll judge the work and choose a winning team to come join us... and put a roof over their head at the same time.
