Molson Coors are one of the world’s most modern brewers, with a strong heritage and offering some of the world’s most popular beers with a product portfolio that includes nearly 40 distinct beer brands. They felt that much of their trade activity was disjointed and so they wanted to create a consistent way of operating across all their trade touch-points.
BD Network created a business building toolkit for Molson Coors titled ‘A World of Drinks One Delivery’, to centralise the marketing activities of their UK brands and provided a ‘one-stop shop’ for all their marketing campaigns. The toolkit enables Molson Coors to build year long business plans with their customers, helping them build brands in their customer’s outlets and helps drive growth and sales in all of their categories. It’s also made life much easier for everyone involved in their trade activity from the Sales Reps at Molson Coors to the landlords and bar owners.
