What better way to demonstrate Whiskas empathy for cat owners than to show the brand bringing up their own cats. Two Whiskas kittens (Albie and Mabel) were followed from birth through to 12 months and filmed from their base in Waltham doing what kittens do best - behaving just like kittens! As well as providing engaging content, it allowed Whiskas to inform kitten owners of the key personality and health changes their kittens would be going through at the same time as Albie and Mabel. Everybody who registered gave their kitten's age, and as a result we were able to communicate with them on an ongoing basis about the stage of life their kittens were at. This ongoing CRM programme has proved incredibly successful and, being purely digital, is considerably more cost-effective than previous programmes.
